Our RiseUp Pathways are designed to get you looking and feeling better about yourself by progressively improving the way you move and nourish your body over a 12-week period.

Our Coaching Model focuses on developing the right behaviours and making the mindshift required to sustain a healthier lifestyle.

If you’re starting out our 12-week Foundation Pathway provides you with a comprehensive daily regime that advances as you do through each stage of your journey. Push Notifications provide you with timely prompts to guide you through your day and keep you connected with your Personal Coach through a combination of videos and regular reminders as follows;

- a Start of Day Video Message to set you up for the day ahead,
- a Bodyweight workout video that can be completed in your Home in under 30mins,
- Nourishment Guidance, Meal Options and Hydration Reminders throughout the day,
- an Afternoon Message to encourage and inspire you through the rest of your day, and
- an End of Day Video Message to reflect on your day & celebrate your achievements

If you are already training but aren’t happy with your progress our 12-week Advancing Pathway will get you stronger, fitter, build lean muscle and improve posture.

Your Pathway includes;

- Resistance workout videos that can be completed at a gym of your choice,
- Nourishment Guidance to help you understand your calorie intake, portion size and macro balance
- Start and End of day messages to keep you on track
